The 1N4001 - 1N4007 and BY133 series are 1.0 Ampere silicon rectifiers housed in a DO-41 molded plastic package. These rectifiers offer high efficiency, low forward voltage (VF), high current capability, high reliability, and high surge current capability, resulting in low power loss. They are designed for general-purpose rectification and are suitable for applications requiring efficient power conversion.
