Product Overview
The VUO190-16NO7 is a standard rectifier module designed for three-phase bridge configurations. It features planar passivated chips for improved performance, a very low forward voltage drop, and very low leakage current. This module is ideal for main rectification, DC power equipment supplies, input rectifiers for PWM inverters, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. The module comes in a PWS-E package with DCB ceramic for enhanced temperature and power cycling, and is RoHS compliant.
