Product Overview
The DSEI 30-10A and DSEI 30-10AR are Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes (FRED) designed for high-frequency switching applications. They offer very short recovery times, extremely low switching losses, and low peak reverse current (IRM) values, contributing to high reliability circuit operation. These diodes are suitable for use as antiparallel diodes, anti-saturation diodes, snubber diodes, and free-wheeling diodes in various power electronics applications, including converters, motor control circuits, switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and ultrasonic equipment. The DSEI 30-10AR variant is isolated and UL registered.
