The MDMA210P1600YD is a standard rectifier module designed for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations. It is suitable for applications such as DC power equipment supplies, input rectifiers for PWM inverters, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. Key features include a package with DCB ceramic, improved temperature and power cycling, planar passivated chips, very low forward voltage drop, and very low leakage current.
