The ABS202 Thru ABS210 series are high current, glass passivated molding single-phase bridge rectifiers designed for applications requiring reverse voltages from 200V to 1000V and a forward current of 2.0A. These rectifiers feature a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, high current capacity in a small package, glass passivated chip junctions, superior thermal conductivity, and high IFSM. They are suitable for various power supply and rectification applications.
