Product Overview
The DSS2x41-01A is a high-performance Schottky Diode designed for applications requiring low loss and soft recovery characteristics. It features a low forward voltage (Vf) and extremely low switching losses, making it ideal for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and as a free-wheeling diode in low voltage converters. Its improved thermal behavior and low Irm values contribute to high reliability circuit operation and enable low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits. The diode is housed in a SOT-227B (minibloc) package with an isolated internal DCB base plate.
