Littelfuse IXYS DSEI120-06A Fast Recovery Diode Suitable for Motor Control and Power Supply Circuits
Product Overview
The DSEI120-06A is a Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED) designed for high-frequency switching applications. It features planar passivated chips, very short recovery times, and extremely low switching losses, contributing to high reliability circuit operation and low noise switching. Its applications include antiparallel diodes for switching devices, anti-saturation diodes, snubber diodes, free-wheeling diodes in converters and motor control circuits, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating and melting, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and ultrasonic cleaners and welders. The diode offers low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits and operates at lower temperatures or allows for space saving through reduced cooling.
