Product Overview
The DSI2x55-12A is a standard rectifier featuring parallel legs with planar passivated chips, offering a very low leakage current and a low forward voltage drop. Its improved thermal behavior makes it suitable for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations. The product is designed for advanced power cycling and comes in an industry-standard SOT-227B (minibloc) package with RoHS compliance and UL 94V-0 epoxy rating. The backside is isolated, and the base plate is copper internally DCB isolated.
