Product Overview
The DSEC30-06A is a high-performance, low-loss, fast recovery diode with soft recovery characteristics, designed for demanding applications. Featuring planar passivated chips, it offers very low leakage current and very short recovery times, contributing to improved thermal behavior and reduced power dissipation. Its soft reverse recovery minimizes EMI/RFI, and low Irm values reduce turn-on losses in commutating switches. Ideal as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and free-wheeling diode, it is also suitable for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
