Power Schottky Rectifier Littelfuse IXYS DSSK50-01A with High Surge Current Capability and Low Losses
Product Overview
This Power Schottky Rectifier, designed with a common cathode configuration, offers high reliability circuit operation and is ideal for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and as a free-wheeling diode in low voltage converters. It features an international standard package, very low forward voltage (VF), extremely low switching losses, low IRM-values, and epoxy that meets UL 94V-0. The design contributes to low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits, low noise switching, and overall low losses.
