The FUO22-16N is a standard rectifier bridge designed for main rectification applications in single and three-phase bridge configurations. It features a DCB ceramic package for improved temperature and power cycling, planar passivated chips for low forward voltage drop and leakage current, and an industry-convenient outline. This RoHS compliant rectifier meets UL 94V-0 standards and offers reduced weight and advanced power cycling capabilities.
