The MBS series of SILICON BRIDGE RECTIFIERS are designed for high reliability and high-temperature soldering, guaranteed at 260C for 10 seconds at terminals. These components are compliant with RoHS 2015/863 and WEEE directives. Constructed with void-free molded plastic techniques, they offer a case style of MBS molded plastic and can be mounted in any position. The plastic package carries an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0. Typical applications include use with resistive or inductive loads, with derating required for capacitive loads.
