Product Overview
The IXYS DSEK60-06A is a common cathode Fast Diode designed for high-frequency switching applications. It features planar passivated chips, low leakage current, and very short recovery times with improved thermal behavior. Its very soft recovery characteristic and low Irm-values reduce power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This diode is ideal for use as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and free-wheeling diode in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
