Product Overview

The LDTA114EET1G Series of PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with Monolithic Bias Resistor Network (BRT) integrates a single transistor with a base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. This design simplifies circuit design, reduces board space, and lowers component count by replacing external bias resistor networks. The SC-89 package is suitable for low-power surface mount applications and features modified gull-winged leads that absorb thermal stress during soldering. These devices are RoHS compliant.
