Product Overview
The MDD95-16N1B is a 3-phase leg standard rectifier module from IXYS, designed for main rectification and input rectifiers in PWM inverters. It features a package with DCB ceramic, improved temperature and power cycling, planar passivated chips, a very low forward voltage drop, and very low leakage current. This module is suitable for single and three-phase bridge configurations, DC power equipment, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. It is RoHS compliant and offers an industry-standard outline.
