The DSA70C150HB is a high-performance Schottky diode from IXYS, featuring a common cathode configuration. It is designed for low loss and soft recovery, offering very low forward voltage drop (Vf), extremely low switching losses, and low reverse current (Irm) values. This diode exhibits improved thermal behavior and high reliability, contributing to low voltage peaks for reduced protection circuits and low noise switching. It is ideal for use as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and as a free-wheeling diode in low voltage converters.
