Product Overview
The EFM101 thru EFM108 series are surface mount glass passivated super fast rectifiers designed for high-frequency rectifier circuits. They offer fast switching for high efficiency and are capable of meeting environmental standards of MIL-S-19500. These rectifiers can operate at 1.0A at TA=75C without thermal runaway and feature very low typical reverse current (less than 1.0A). They are suitable for high temperature soldering up to 260C for 10 seconds.
