The D20SB10 Thru D20SB100 is a series of high current, glass passivated, molding single-phase bridge rectifiers designed for applications requiring reverse voltages from 100 to 1000V and a forward current of 20A. These rectifiers feature a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, high current capacity in a small package, glass passivated chip junctions for superior reliability, and excellent thermal conductivity. They are suitable for various power supply and rectification circuits.
