The MB05S thru MB10S series are 0.5 Amp Single Phase Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers offering voltage ratings from 50 to 1000 Volts. These rectifiers feature a glass passivated diode construction, high temperature soldering guaranteed at 260C for 10 seconds, and a compact design that saves space on printed circuit boards. They are designed for high reliability and are suitable for various electronic applications. Halogen free and RoHS compliant options are available.
