Constructed with hermetically sealed rectifiers utilizing military-grade design and construction techniques, including voidless glass encapsulation and internal "Category 1" metallurgical bonds, these ultrafast rectifier bridges offer working peak reverse voltage ratings up to 150 V per leg.
