The MB05S thru MB10S series are 0.5 Amp Single Phase Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers with voltage ratings from 50 to 1000 Volts. These rectifiers feature a glass passivated diode construction, high temperature soldering guaranteed, and space-saving design for printed circuit boards. They are Halogen free available upon request, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1, meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and are Lead Free Finish/RoHS Compliant.
