Product Overview
This "Ultrafast Recovery" rectifier diode series, qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/477, is designed for high-reliability applications. Featuring a voidless hermetically sealed glass construction with internal "Category 1" metallurgical bonds, these 2.5 amp rated rectifiers offer working peak reverse voltages from 50 to 150 volts. They are ideal for switching power supplies and other applications requiring extremely fast switching, low forward loss, high forward surge current capability, low thermal resistance, and controlled avalanche with peak reverse power capability. Inherently radiation hard, these devices are available in both leaded and surface mount MELF package configurations.
