This series of 500 mW Silicon Zener Diodes, available in the DO-35 (DO-204AH) package, offers voltage regulation from 2.4V to 12V with standard 5% tolerance and optional 2% and 1% tolerances. These diodes feature an internal metallurgical bond and are qualified to JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV levels per MIL-PRF-19500/127. RoHS compliant commercial grade versions are also available. They are suitable for applications requiring voltage regulation over a broad range of temperature and current, are non-sensitive to ESD, have minimal capacitance, and are inherently radiation-hard.
