The Niu Hang 1N5817 THRU 1N5819 series are Schottky Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, a guard ring for overvoltage protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, and ultra-low forward voltage drop. The plastic package is UL Flammability Classification 94V-0 rated.
