The MBR0530 and NRVB0530 are surface mount Schottky power rectifiers utilizing a large area metal-to-silicon power diode. They are ideal for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and polarity protection diodes in compact and lightweight surface mount applications. These devices offer an easy-to-use alternative to leadless 34 package styles and feature a guardring for stress protection, low forward voltage, and a 125C operating junction temperature.
