They feature glass-passivated chip junctions, super fast reverse recovery times, low forward voltage drop for high efficiency, low leakage current for high reliability, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers are suitable for use in high frequency inverters, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, and LED driver applications.
