Product Overview
The MUR120 series of SWITCHMODE power rectifiers are designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes. These ultrafast rectifiers feature recovery times of 25, 50, and 75 nanoseconds, a high operating junction temperature of 175C, low forward voltage, and low leakage current. They are constructed with a high-temperature glass-passivated junction and offer reverse voltage ratings up to 600V. These devices are available in Pb-Free packages.
