Product Overview
The MURA105T3G, MURA110T3G, and SURA8110T3G are surface mount ultrafast power rectifiers. They are ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. These rectifiers feature a small, compact surface mountable package with J-Bend leads, a rectangular package for automated handling, and a high-temperature glass-passivated junction. They offer a low forward voltage drop and are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. The SURA8 prefix is for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements. All packages are Pb-Free.
