The SR560L is a SUPER LOW VF SCHOTTKY RECTIFIER from Niu Hang Specification Electronic Co. Ltd. It features a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, offering softest, fast switching capability and low forward voltage drop. This rectifier is optimized for low forward voltage drop to maximize efficiency, making it suitable for Power Supply applications. It guarantees high temperature soldering at 260C for 10 seconds at terminals and is RoHS Compliant with a Lead Free Finish.
