The SF34G through SF38G series are Niu Hang's Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers, featuring glass-passivated chip junctions for enhanced reliability. These rectifiers offer ultrafast reverse recovery times, low leakage currents, and low forward voltage drops for high efficiency. They are designed for high surge capability and high-temperature soldering, making them suitable for demanding applications. The devices are available in a DO-27 (DO-201AD) package with plated axial leads.
