The SR220 thru SR2200 series are Schottky Rectifiers from Niu Hang Specification Electronic Co. Ltd, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, a guard ring for overvoltage protection, and offer low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, and ultra-low forward voltage drop. They are suitable for inverters, DC/DC converters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications.
