The Niu Hang F1S through F7S series are surface mount fast recovery rectifiers featuring glass passivated chip junctions, fast recovery times, low forward voltage drop for high efficiency, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability for enhanced reliability. Terminals are plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. These rectifiers are suitable for high frequency inverters, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, LED drivers, and other applications. They are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
