Designed for high efficiency and low power loss, it features a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction and a guard ring for overvoltage protection. Suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications, this rectifier guarantees high temperature soldering at 260C for 10 seconds.
