The MURA160T3G and SURA8160T3G are surface mount ultrafast power rectifiers, ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in compact, weight-critical surface mount applications. They feature a small, rectangular package for automated handling, a high-temperature glass-passivated junction, and a low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, with the SURA8 prefix available for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements.
