Product Overview
The SS26T3G and NRVBSS26T3G are surface mount Schottky power rectifiers employing the Schottky Barrier principle. These devices feature epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact, making them ideal for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes. They offer a compact SMB package with J-bend leads for automated handling, a highly stable oxide-passivated junction with a guardring for overvoltage protection, and a low forward voltage drop. The NRVB prefix is available for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, with AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. A Pb-Free package option is also available.
