Product Overview
The MURA105, SURA8105, MURA110, NRVUA110V, and SURA8110 are surface mount ultrafast power rectifiers. They are ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. Key features include a small, compact surface mountable package with J-Bend leads, a rectangular package for automated handling, a high-temperature glass-passivated junction, and a low forward voltage drop. The NRVUA and SURA8 prefixes are for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, with AEC-Q101 qualification and PPAP capability. These devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant.
