The FSB50450B / FSB50450BS is an advanced Motion SPM 5 module designed for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It offers a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage with optimized gate drive for reduced EMI and losses. The module integrates under-voltage lockout and thermal monitoring, and its built-in HVIC translates logic-level inputs to high-voltage drive signals. Separate open-source MOSFET terminals facilitate diverse control algorithms.
