The MURA215T3G, SURA8215T3G, MURA220T3G, and SURA8220T3G are surface mount ultrafast power rectifiers. They are ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. Key features include a small compact surface mountable package with J-bend leads, rectangular package for automated handling, high temperature glass passivated junction, low forward voltage drop, and AEC-Q101 qualification. The SURA8 prefix is for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements.
