Product Overview

The FNB41060 is a Motion SPM 45 module designed as a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC Induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. It integrates optimized gate drive for built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, along with multiple on-module protection features including under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The module utilizes a high-speed HVIC that requires a single supply voltage and translates logic-level gate inputs to high-voltage, high-current drive signals for the robust short-circuit-rated IGBTs. Separate negative IGBT terminals are provided for each phase to support diverse control algorithms.
