They offer the industry's lowest QRR for a 600 V silicon diode, leading to increased efficiency, reduced EMI, and elimination of snubbers. These diodes are ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost diodes, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters, enabling higher efficiency, smaller EMI filters, and faster switching speeds.
