The S2AB THRU S2MB series are surface mount general-purpose rectifiers designed for applications requiring high forward surge current capability and low reverse leakage. These glass-passivated rectifiers meet MSL level 1 standards and are suitable for general-purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication devices. They are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
