The PED602CS~ED606CS series are superfast recovery rectifiers featuring epitaxial construction, low forward voltage, and high current capability. They are designed for applications requiring high surge capability and low leakage, exceeding environmental standards of MIL-S-19500/228. These rectifiers are hermetically sealed and compliant with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive, utilizing green molding compound as per IEC61249 Std. (Halogen Free).
