Product Overview
The SK102C THRU SK1020C is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high-frequency applications. It offers high forward surge current capability, guardring for overvoltage protection, and low power losses for high efficiency. This series meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260C and is suitable for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. The device features a DO-214AB (SMC) case with solder-plated terminals and a cathode line denoting the cathode end. The molding compound meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating, is RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free.
