Featuring a low-profile package ideal for automated placement, these rectifiers offer fast reverse recovery time and fast switching capabilities. The glass passivated pallet chip junction ensures high forward surge capability, making them suitable for use in fast switching rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and as free-wheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication equipment.
