The SS52C THRU SS520C is a series of SURFACE MOUNT SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIERS designed for surface mounted applications. These rectifiers offer high forward surge current capability, guardring for overvoltage protection, and low power losses for high efficiency. They meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260. Ideal for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
