It features high forward surge current capability, low power loss, and majority carrier conduction due to its metal silicon junction. This rectifier meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020, making it suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
