The SSL24 thru SSL210 series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers featuring guardring for overvoltage protection, high forward surge current capability, and low VF. These devices are designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. They are constructed with a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction and meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020.
