The M1 through M7 series are surface-mount general-purpose rectifiers designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication applications. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage, high forward surge current capability, and are glass passivated. They meet MSL level 1 requirements and are housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package.
