The Qspeed Family LXA03T600 and LXA03B600 are 600 V, 3 A X-Series PFC diodes offering the industry's lowest QRR for a 600 V silicon diode. Their advanced recovery characteristics enhance efficiency, reduce EMI, and eliminate the need for snubber circuits. These diodes are ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost diode applications, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters, enabling higher efficiency, smaller EMI filters, and faster switching speeds.
