The LQA20T200C and LQA20N200C are members of the Qspeed Family of 200 V, 20 A common-cathode diodes. These diodes offer the lowest QRR of any 200 V Silicon diode, leading to increased efficiency, reduced EMI, and elimination of snubbers. They are suitable for various AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output and freewheeling diode applications, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters.
